A busy week for me there

 

In between falling into deep pools of icy cold water (bliss!) and taming our garden (blisterful : )

 

I shot the last video in our Tuesday@Two intro series. I did this one on my own as Selima has been working on our new website.

 

Its all about repurposing both yourself and your content online

I also wrote a blog for the new site which is here (not much there as yet - work in progress)

 

So I feel I’ve deserved a little reward - another swim, this time at the wonderful Kilbride Bay where the white sands shel off so gently that you can wade out half a mile before the sea reaches your knees.

 

So as you read this I will be lying in the warm water looking at the Isle of Arran - bliss!
