I hope you had a lovely bank holiday Monday if you are in the UK - nice to see the sun again eh? Happy Memorial day if you're in the USA

 

 

I spent mine in the garden doing the sort of stuff that I never saw myself doing when I was young

 

Strimming? Mowing the lawn? Never!

 

I even had a laugh with my neighbour who was doing the same and also never saw himself doing

 

At least he is still an all weather biker whereas I switched to little sports cars years ago.

 

I mentioned that the one I have now got thoroughly soaked last year which has probably destroyed the electrics - it won’t start - and I’d left the roof down all day in an attempt to dry it out

 

“Will you get another soft top?” my neighbour asked. I replied that i’m probably done with those now.

 

Yes time to act your age and get a nice sensible family saloon he joked

 

Never! I declared and we both laughed

 

I also never would have seen myself building websites, filming myself talking, writing blog posts and making pretty good money working from home for a few hours a day.

 

But here I am

 

And I’ve shared that journey with people from all over the world over the last 6 or 7 years. Its been great watching theirs too.

 

Maybe I could have done it solo - without being part of that amazing community - but I doubt it.
