I like to start the new year with a new book. I read a lot and I have a pretty broad taste but for my first book of the year I go for
something inspirational and educational.
This year I went with a recommendation from my friends Guy and Ilan from Satori Prime.
They'd recommended this book quite a few times so I knew it would be a good choice and so far it really is.
The author Robert Greene has written 4 other books but he's new to me.
Here's a quick wikipedia summary of what Mastery is all about:
"Mastery explains how to become a leader in any given field by examining the
lives and pathways to success of historical masters such as Mozart, Einstein and Darwin, as well as "living masters" which Greene interviewed—including Paul Graham, Freddie Roach, Santiago Calatrava, Temple Grandin, Yoky Matsuoka, V.S. Ramachandran, Teresita Fernandez, Cesar Rodriguez, and Daniel Everett".
