Forgive the terrible pun - I have a friend who runs local music festivals and uses cheesy puns like "Rocktober" to name them. So it's his fault for giving me the idea!

There is a point though and it doesn't really have anything to do with the month of the year - it has more to do with the Yes bit. 

For me November is quite significant as my birthday and my dad's fall in that month. 

So I can't help but reflect on how fast time goes by.  

The fact that November is the first serious month of Autumn in the UK adds to that feeling: Fallen, yellowing leaves everywhere, colder weather all remind us that an old cycle is coming to an end and a new one beginning. 

For all these reasons its always been a month where I get itchy feet - I want to to something new, to move on. 

Maybe you feel that way too? I don't know but if so why not go with the flow this year and make it YESvember this year instead of NOvember.
