Online real estate is basically the place or places where you can be found on the Internet. In short, websites. 

As long as a website is active all of that content is out there working for you 24/7/365. I regularly get people subscribing to my list and joining SFM through blog posts and videos I have created - sometimes months and months ago. That is the power of "online real estate".

It's one of the many things an SFM membership provides you with.  You can start with a pre-loaded very modern SFM authority site or use the tools and tutorials in your back office to create your own from scratch. They've made it a very  simple process. 

Although you might eventually have lots of websites for different things its important to have an authority website. This is where you store all of your content: Your blog posts, videos, links to your affiliate offers and most importantly your "about me" page.  

In todays' internet world it's all about establishing trust with people - being honest about your values, objectives and what you do to add value to the world - in other words why should people believe what you say about the products you promote and what value do they offer to people.
