This my old friend Graeme who I told you about the other day with some of his work in the background. 

I met him recently after a gap of more than 15 years. Like me he was made redundant. For him it was last November and like me he first tried to find a similar job but found it difficult to say the least. 

So he decided to turn his life long passion and talent for drawing and painting into a career. I wrote a blog post about how he's getting on and how digital marketing is really going to help him get some traction and selling his amazing work.

Graeme is just another example of how more and more people are going into business for themselves at all ages these days. The SFM membership is also proof of that.

In the age we live in its easier to that than ever before - if you make digital marketing a big part of your strategy that is. It doesn't have to be a internet business as such, it can simply be a new skill set to help build your existing business or to turn a passion into one.
