If you've caught any of our Success by hangout webinars you might have noticed that there are sometimes technical problems. 

I wrote a blog post reviewing our experiences so far and offering an overview of why despite it being a little confusing to use, Google's hangouts live on air is a a fantastic resource overall.

You need to bear in mind that it's basically free to use. All you need is a Google Chrome account - something you should definitely consider by the way. 

With a Chrome account - all of your (free) Google accounts are linked. When you sign into Chrome you are signed into your G+ profiles and Youtube Channels too. It's also probably the best browser around. 

Even if you just want to get together for a video call with up to 10 friends for a social chat Hangouts are brilliant. If you are using it as we do for our weekly hangout it becomes a great business resource when running an online business.
