Just a quick one today folks 

Thought you might like to see Stuart Ross pouring a bucket of ice water over his head in a New York hotel room. 

Sadly I don't have the full video but you get the idea ! 

It's part of a challenge in support of New York charity www.als-ny.org

Stuart accepted the challenge and sent it out to his team with instructions to record their own bucket videos and donate at least $10 to the charity.

They could also choose to wimp out by donating $100 and staying dry!
