The Holy Grail ?

Have you ever seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail?

I'm a lifelong fan of thePythons - I'm one of these people who can quote loads of their sketches word for word (I don't unless I'm with similar fans - no-one likes a Python bore ! )

But I've always thought their material works on so many levels. They are all very clever guys after all so their stuff is very clever as well as being just ridiculous at times - so is life though.

In the Holy Grail there is a scene where a king explains how he eventually got his castle to stay up after repeatedly building it on a swamp:

"When I first came here, this was all swamp. Everyone said I was daft to build a castle on a swamp, but I built in all the same, just to show them. It sank into the swamp. So I built a second one. That sank into the swamp. So I built a third. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the swamp. But the fourth one stayed up. And that's what you're going to get, Lad, the strongest castle in all of England".

This is actually a good lesson about building a business, a new life or any major change you are contemplating.

You make mistakes, you pick yourself up, you try again and you never give up. Eventually you have a solid foundation and the outcome is amazing.

It's the same with starting an online business except that with the right mentors, training and tools you can avoid starting in a swamp!

Unlike our Monty Python character you can start with good foundations, good building blocks and start building where the ground is more stable!

To me (a man who whose first couple of online castles sank from view) This is what SFM represents. As one of my new team members was saying on Skype the other day - I wish I'd found it sooner!

Feel free to get in touch with me - just don't start me on Python though ! - Unless you're a fan too and have a spare hour or two!

All The best !
