I never liked hierarchies, do you? 

I've been in them at 3 levels - bottom, middle and top. I've been a drone, a middle manager and a boss within them in my time. Never felt comfortable or at home in any of those roles. I like just being me.

There's something medieval about a hierarchy in my opinion. At the bottom you feel  put upon, taken for granted and used - just a cog in a gearbox - a number rather than a person.

In the middle you feel torn between the bottom and the top - shat on from above and shitting on the people below (usually friends and ex colleagues who you worked with when you were at the bottom and who now feel resentful of you) 

At the top you don't know who to trust - actually there never really is a top in most organisations unless you are the one who owns the business - the entrepreneur.

There will always be hierarchies I guess if you join a business. As an affiliate marketer there is an element of it too. But it's a very different type of hierarchy. One where you choose where you want to be in it - It's called the pay plan and it's not about levels of authority. 

It's about how much you want to earn. How much you want to be a leader, helping other people to achieve their goals. It's optional. You can just as easily be a loan wolf if that suits you better. 

With the SFM system the "hierarchy" is simply the level you decide to go in at. Standard member, DEA Silver, Gold, Platinum or Black. 

Each level offers more: Higher commissions, closer and higher levels of mentoring, professional branding, partnership opportunities with the business founders and even opportunities to become well paid business coaches on top of your own businesses. 

But there is no pressure - its all about what YOU want:
