Hello subscribers old and new and a warm welcome to my new team members who I'm looking forward to working with! 

If you've checked out the About me page on my website you'll know a little about my background. I've just written a blog post however that goes into a lot more detail about the genuinely crappy way I was treated by an ex employer.

I like to help anyone who wants to change the way they live. Whether that's because they hate their present circumstances and want to improve things, have more time for holidays and family time - whatever the reason.

However I do have a particular soft spot for people like myself who have been made redundant, or think they might be soon. I talk about the importance of having a Plan B these days and why I think SFM offers the best Plan B available. 

Its a sordid little tale of office politics, backstabbing, favouritism and just what employers can get away with when times are tough. I'm hoping one particular ex-"colleague" will read it lol! You'll see what I mean when you read it.
