This is me with Jay Kubassek at Momentum day January 2014. An amazing start to my year. Not only did I get to meet a personal mentor, internationally renowned internet entrepreneur, speaker, film producer and good guy but
I also got to mix with and get to know many members of the community.
Momentum days are not the usual gung-ho, rah rah, affairs you might have seen in the past - the type that MLM companies host - they are very intimate gatherings of no more that 100 SFM members.
This means that you can actually meet, chat with and get a photo (for use in your marketing
efforts) with the founders of this movement. The idea is to reinforce the spirit of entrepreneurship and community and just immerse yourself in a day or two of serious motivation.
I left the event in London last January (my first) as everyone else did, with absolute certainty that I was in the right place, with the right people at the right time.
I met
some people, including Stu and Jay that I now consider friends for life and have kept in touch with ever since. We continue to help, inspire and support each other as we develop our businesses and lifestyles. This is really the essence of what SFM and DEA is about.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this as THE place to go if you really do want this "laptop lifestyle", and I don't recommend many things -
I've been burned in the past and I have the battle scars to prove that I'm qualified to know what I'm talking about!
As the name suggests though - Momentum" means taking action - going forward and having the resolve to take the next step. Nothing happens without it.

The next Momentum day is in September. I'll be there and I hope you will be too? If I see you there the drinks are on me ! (that's not an easy thing for me to say by the way - I'm a Scotsman! lol )
