The videos and pictures from the SFM/DEA Momentum day have started flooding in. 

As always the sheer energy coming back from the event is amazing. Sadly I couldn't go this time for various reasons but even the second hand news from those who were there is inspiring stuff. 

When I was at the January event it was the first time I'd had a chance to meet some of the people I had connected with. I know know so many more of the members through Google hangout's, our 90 day video challenge and social media - I'm gutted that I couldn't be there in person but with SFM there is always a next time ! 

This is really the thing that sets this business, training platform, movement - whatever you want to call it - truly unique: The community. As a member of SFM and DEA you are never alone. Even though as individuals we are all on different journeys, we are still very much part of a team in the sense that we all have each other's backs - including the founders Stu and Jay.

When you work from home (or wherever) there's no doubt you can feel isolated at times. That is one of the main reasons that SFM and DEA is built around this very strong community. Live events aside, we have so many methods of keeping connected these days that isolation is easily avoided. 

This is really only possible in an online business because no one is competition with anyone else.  We are all in a learning and nurturing space. What we have in common is a desire to change the way we and other people can live. It's a powerful thing!
