How Much Will This Cost Me ?

Published: Wed, 02/19/14

"How much will this cost", is a question I'm always asked. Fair question and as regards SFM membership there are a number options depending on what you want to achieve. Compared to so many things we spend money on though and considering how much value you get for your money it's not really a lot.

To give you an example:

Today my car is in the garage for its MOT test (an UK annual test for general road safety)  I also had to pay for annual insurance and road tax - all in the same month. Pretty costly stuff but it's something most of us just do irrespective of the cost, painful though it may be. Cars also need repairs, servicing and tlc.

With things like this - the thought of not using your car for a while - is not an option most of us consider. Personally I work from home so I don't actually need my car very often but I'm happy paying those bills just to have it sitting there for when I need it or feel like going for a drive.

It's curious then that we hesitate so much about spending similar amounts or even more on investing in training, self development or a potentially life changing business.

Money spent on keeping our cars on the road and a million other taken for granted expenses we happily pay is money that's simply gone. Never to return.

Money spent on training, learning new skills, building a business, changing your mindset is money that's been put to work. This is at the heart of what Robert Kiyosaki talks about in Rich Dad Poor Dad, or Napoleon Hill in Think and Go Rich. In fact pick any well known entrepreneur or writer on the subject and they will tell you the same thing. Stuart Ross and Jay Kubassek also spring to mind!

Of course you need satisfy yourself that you are choosing the right partners, mentors and business coaches - that's a given - but if how can you do that if you don't ask questions?

When you apply for SFM membership not only is your token application fee fully refundable but they want to talk to you too. It's a 2-way street. SFM want to make sure they are a good fit for you;  your aims and expectations and vice versa.

I'd urge you to consider what it costs to keep your car on the road or how much you spend in Starbucks, or shoes, or the latest phone and then ask yourself if $29.95 (12 quid in the Uk) is a worthwhile investment in what could be a life changing partnership. Talk to us, ask your questions, satisfy yourself and if you don't like what you hear your £29.95 will be refunded and you can spend it on coffee LOL !
