Hi guys and gals 

The next SFM Momentum day is on April 19th at The Holiday Inn, London Heathrow. 

I attended my first momentum day last month at the same venue and as I told you when I got back it was an amazing experience. For existing members you should move heaven and earth to get there if at all possible. I know it's quite a distance for some - it was for me and for the new members who travelled for as far a Sweden and Canada but we all have no doubts it was worth it.

I am obviously biased but I would say that it's worth getting off the fence you have been sitting on and join us just to be able to attend. 

Although we have a wonderful online community and support, help and advice is available to us 24/7, nothing beats putting faces to names and getting to know your peers in person. Sharing experiences, tips and strategies with like minded people rocks! 

Both Stuart and Jay as well as the SFM/DEA team will be there and I can promise you a day or two of inspiring, momentum building workshops as well as great food and some partying for those that want to - this usually includes Jay and Stu! 

You will be extremely well fed and watered and if you book your room early it can be very cheap too.
