Hi 

 

On Sunday cousins from Canada, Edinburgh and the Isle of Mull and me from my home in Argyll visited my parents in Glasgow via Zoom for the first time.

 

Poor old dad has been having a hard time lately and has seen no one but carers and my mother and brother for many months due to serious illness. 

 

We thought this might cheer him up. 

 

It certainly made for a interesting chat and we will do them regularly now 

 

It also prompted me to write a blog post about The Zoom Revolution which you can read by clicking on the title 

 

I worked in the AV industry when video conferencing was just getting started and it was a nightmare 

 

Now everyone does it and it’s much better 

 

But is it our new normal?
