Recently Iāve spent some time talking about how powerful visualisation can beĀ
Ā
I wrote a long blog post on the subject and shot a video version tooĀ
Ā
You can see the video here and follow a link from it to the blog post if you have a mind to
Ā
I focus on examples from my own experience and just wanted to share another today.
Ā
As I mentioned on Monday I just bought another guitar after watching a video by a top music producerĀ
Ā
Well, yesterday another guitar arrived in my life!
Ā
This time it was a bass guitar - something Iād been pondering for a while. My partner is a fabulous bassist but her weird 5 string thing doesnāt work for me so Iād thought about buying one.
Ā
Iād mentioned this to her a while back and she had mentioned to one of her driving students who works part time in a local charity shop.
Ā
And yesterday when I went out to help her carry some in she produced ā¦ā¦
Ā
A nice looking bass guitarĀ
Ā
Her student had got it for her free of charge as it had come into the shop in need of a little TLC.
Ā
So I looked it over. Turned out to be a rather nice name brand. When I took it apart I found that it needed about Ā£30 worth of new parts which I ordered online.Ā
Ā
Point is (and I apologise for yet another music analogy!)Ā
Ā
Visualisation as I say in my blog and video, can bring you almost anything you want in life
Ā
But it seldom arrives without some work attached and invariably through the company you keepĀ
Ā
I certainly found that to be the case when while wondering how I was going to build that ālaptop lifestyleā I so wanted, SFM came along.Ā
Ā
And next week they are hosting a mega week of events on Australiaās gold coastĀ
Ā
For the first time ever they are giving SFM members who canāt cross half the world to be there in person, free access to the live stream of the eventsĀ
Ā
So for the first time in a while Iāll be in the company of the most amazing and inspiring people Iāve ever metĀ
Ā
Who knows what thatāll lead to ! (no more guitars though please š)
Ā
Ā
Ā
Cheers!
Ā
