Over the last month I’ve unsubscribed from quite a few lists.
These days everything you do, buy or look into adds you to a list
And part of good online housekeeping involves occasionally evaluating whether the content sent you as a result is actually any use.
I found for example that I was subscribed to a number of affiliate marketers who were promoting the same things to me
Their emails would arrive one after the other with the same cut and paste copy promoting the same piece of software or whatever
They also arrived several times per day
I so DO NOT want to be that guy
So I recommend to you as a New year exercise that you do the same
You can always find that company you bought something from again if you want to without having to endure their constant emails
So strip away some of the noise and just leave the stuff you really feel is worth seeing
If that includes my emails then so be it - I’ll be sorry to see you go but if I you are not interested in what I’ve got that’s life
Out with the old in with the new!
Cheers!
Dave
