While I was doing some research for a new video today I came across some interesting stats
I know “interesting” and “statistics” don’t always make for a match made in heaven
But they can be useful
These were from an article in the Financial Times (not my usual reading I have to say)
And were all about - The Missing Minority ………
Not as sinister as it sounds though.
It refers to people aged 50+ who these days are quite rare in full time employment
The interesting part was that the missing minority are not in fact completely missing
They actually form a high percentage of the self-employed and new business owners.
I put all this together in a new blog post - Starting A Business at 50+
If like me you are a baby boomer you’ll probably find this pretty interesting
Check it out here
Cheers!
