Hi 

 

You haven’t heard much from me this week for a couple of reasons

 

Firstly we are experiencing a bit of a heat wave and I’ve been unashamedly enjoying it 

 

Although this has involved some heavy garden taming - one of the downsides to having a fairly large garden is that it tends to become a bit of a jungle in the summer 

 

But this does give me an excuse to play with petrol powered man toys 😀

 

So I’ve been trimming, strimming and mowing out there 

 

Secondly I’ve been working with my friend Alison on our Care at Home for Dementia business 

 

Yesterday she travelled over here from Glasgow and we had a productive day shooting video for the website, Facebook group and Youtube channel 

 

I’ve been editing those today and now I’m about to head back out into the (now neatly manicured garden) for a much deserved beer  

 

Websites and online businesses have a lot on common:

 

They both need constant - though not full time - tidying up

 

Both need adding to to make them look better and to be nice places to spend some time 

 

Both can be extremely rewarding (if a little laborious at times!) 

 

Anyway, I hope you’re getting some sun where you are 

 

Remember to be careful though - too much is well …. too much (just like work)
