Ever since watching an episode of Top Gear set in Tuscany I’ve wanted to visit the medieval walled town of Lucca 

 

So I added it to my bucket list

 

I was reminded of it at the weekend for some reason and looked it up online to show my partner as we lay in bed 

 

Ok. lets go she said 

 

An hour later we had booked the flights an Airbnb apartment nearby and hired a car (so that we can visit Pisa and Florence as well) 

 

We leave on June 2nd 

 

In the past when we both worked for employers we just couldn’t have ticked items off our bucket list on a whim like this 

 

But now that we both have our own businesses - particularly since mine is online - we can 

 

No checking with the bosses to see what dates suit them best 

 

(Usually during quiet business times for them when flights, accommodation and everything else are at their costliest and the places we want to go are mobbed because most people are in the same boat) 

 

And I absolutely love having that freedom 

 

Who wouldn’t ?

 

And the truth is that since 2010 my mentors at SFM have been helping people who REALLY want that freedom in their lives to go ahead and create it 

 

They even provide a ready made online business - for those who want it  - to do it with 

 

It doesn’t happen overnight but with their help, systems and state of the minute training it can happen pretty quickly 

 

Far quicker than with a bricks and mortar business and infinitely quicker than a 9-5 can do it (never? - or not until your best years are behind you) 

 

So if you have a bucket list that’s fast becoming a day dream rather than something you can actually tick off, add to and live for 

 

Then the first step is very simple - submit an application to join - and get started
