Wow that was some storm!

It was called Storm Ali and it blew through Scotland from Tuesday evening till Wednesday Afternoon

Compared to some we got off easy with just a couple of fences blown over and our outdoor furniture redistributed widely across the garden

In the aftermath you just pic up the pieces and get on with it. 

Often times things are better after the storm - you are forced to build new fences that have probably needed replacing for some time 

It puts me in mind of when my job was made redundant

That was certainly a Storm that blew through my life 

But I picked up the pieces and moved on to something far better 

I shot a video recently about that particular storm and how it can be turned into an opportunity by re-skilling for the digital age
