Point in in case: 

Yesterday I headed off into the hills armed with my trusty camera, audio recording gear, a sandwich and a bottle of water. 

I walked about 3 miles up one of  the forestry tracks behind the house until I got some great views down the Firth of Clyde towards the Isles Arran and Bute 

The idea was to shoot a video about location freedom using the example of where I live 

Although it was a beautiful day it was a little windy up there so I knew there might be some sound issues…..

I went ahead and shot three videos anyway.

My Plan B was to shoot 5 minutes of scenery without me in it just in case 

Just as well I did! 

Back at the ranch I downloaded the videos and found the sound was completely unusable - horrible wind noise made my words much inaudible.

So I nipped into my little studio and green screened myself in

Cheating a little I know but otherwise I would have had nothing to show for my 2 hour jaunt (except for a lovely long walk)

Here’s how it ended up 

The moral of the story again is - always have a plan B
