Some time ago I won a prize in an SFM video competition

The prize just arrived on Friday - there had been a delay and to be honest i’d more or less forgotten about it. 

So it was a really nice surprise when it arrived accompanied by a handwritten note from Co-founders Stuart and Jay (see image above) 

The prize was a signed copy of Gary Vaynerchuk’s book Ask Gary Vee

I dived right in. 

In the first chapter Gary talks about the two things he always keeps in mind no matter how big his empire grows. 

the Clouds and the Dirt.

The clouds are his big goals and the dirt is the nuts and bolts of how he is going to get there.

His big goal by the way - is to buy The New York Jets football team! 

I’m sure he will. 

We can all learn form this. 

By always keeping the big dream - the big why in mind as a target 

But also doing our level best to master the steps its going to take to get there.
