Things are getting back to normal here after being virtually snowbound since Wednesday 

Yesterday we managed to dig one of the cars out and get some shopping in and today my partner’s driving instruction business has come out of hibernation! 

Last time we had weather like this we were living in Glasgow and I was still in the 9-5 grind 

Although as a business development manager for an AV company I couldn’t really get much work done.

Like last week, the country was more or less at a stand still: Meetings were cancelled, travel was almost impossible and nothing was moving. 

But still we all had to struggle in to work and try to look busy or use up some of our holiday allowance 

As I said in my last email though things are very different now 

My online business is immune to this kind of disruption. If anything it actually helps since lots more people are off work and online looking for better ways to live.

And the Internet is the place to find that for sure - when you find the right vehicle for the job
