Woke up to a snow filled winter landscape this morning here in Argyll - very Christmassy.

Quite fitting as I got a bit of an early Christmas present yesterday.

You may have seen a lot of fuss, excitement and hype about Bitcoins recently? 

Well I was first aware of them about 7 years ago not long after they emerged amongst massive sensationalism 

It seemed to die down fairly quickly and a lot of financial whizz kids were describing them as the worst investment ever. 

Then last week, driving back form Glasgow I listened to piece about them on a BBC Radio 2 show. 

It seemed that people who had invested in Bitcoin all those years ago (not me!! grrrr) were now millionaires - they’ve increased astonishingly in value. 

So I spent the rest pf the journey home and the next few days kicking myself. 

I’d missed the boat I thought.

But yesterday a very reliable source told me that far from it - It’s not too late!! 

Although right now the cost of Bitcoins themselves are very high, there are ways you can invest in them at a low cost. You can earn around 1% per day (compounding) and add several additional income streams at the same time. 

And Bitcoins along with other emerging Crypto currencies look like having a very rosy future ahead: There are already some ATMs out there with thousands more on the way.
