Now that I’m back from New Jersey and more or less back to “normal” I wanted to tell you all about it.

However I realise that i couldn’t hope to cover everything in one email.

So keep a look a look out for my mails over the next week or so as I’ll do my best to condense the ton of images, videos and insights I’ve gathered. 

Suffice to say that it was really a very special couple of days spent with some very special people

Both during the “classroom” sessions in and around Jay’s fabulous home (the fire pit evening in particular) and over some delicious dinners

Being in the company of people like Stuart Ross, Jay Kubassek, JJ Jackson and Justin Woolf - as well all the other 10- 4 -10 attendees can only rub off on you in positive ways. 

The image above is of the bracelets we were presented with at the wrap up dinner in Long Branch on the New Jersey shore. 

It’s symbolic of the event - 10 black stones then 4 semi precious stones followed by 10 more blacks …

It’ll remind us all of the times we spent together and of the challenges we took on as part of it.
