Amazing how time flies isn’t it? 

Months ago I was invited to the 10 for 10 event at SFM and DEA co-founder jay Kubasseks mansion in New Jersey 

And now here I am packing my bag, sorting my boarding pass and getting ready to catch the ferry on the first part of a long journey. 

This will actually the longest time my partner and I have been apart in almost 20 years - so it was a bitter sweet goodbye this morning

But you know what - I’m doing it for her as much as for myself. 

Because I know that the two days I’ll spend with these guys and 9 other SFM.DEA leaders will take my business to the next stage 

For us that will mean that pretty soon, my partner will be able (if she want to) to retire from her busy business and pursue her creative passions. 

It’ll also mean that we can start on our extensive travel plans 

I don’t expect (ever) to be handed anything on a plate - but I’ve learned the incredible value in learning new skills and in mixing with the people who have achieved what I want to. 

It also means that I’ll be learning to be a better leader for my own SFM and DEA customers

Its all about success breeding success after all.
