Last day of July 2017 - Wow, time flies! 

Tomorrow the last month of summer starts and to be honest, here in the Scottish Highlands there are already some hints of Autumn in the air.

That Autumn feeling always hits me with mixed emotions for some reason - a mix of nostalgia and a feeling of adventure. 

This August certainly promises plenty of adventure for me: 

On the 10th my partner and I head for Barcelona for a serious dose of sunshine and relaxation.

Then on the 22nd I’m heading for New Jersey to attend an exclusive 2 day leadership event hosted the high and mighty of the Internet marketing world. 

But as I said in a recent email - If you’d told me 4 years I’d be spending a couple days learning from a bunch of multi-millionaires, I’d have laughed! 

Hell - if you’d told me that I would actually even KNOW people like that, I’d have laughed.

But such is the modern world - Anything is possible - for ANYONE

As I’ve told you before, 4 years ago I was a redundant, terrified, 47 year old living in a part of Glasgow that was seriously going down hill. I was depressed and very worried about my future.

But here I am now - in a new house in a beautiful part of my country, living a pretty great life, popping over the pond to hang out with some mega successful people who have got my back. 

It’s easy to sum the last 4 years up in a short email that makes it sound so simple and easy - it hasn’t been 

It’s taken some hard work - particularly on myself - and it still takes consistent effort to maintain

But I am SO glad I did this
