Today I have something a bit random but definitely good …..
Over the last few months my partner and I have been seeing
great benefits from drinking a veg and fruit juice so I thought I’d close of the week by sharing the recipe.
2 Oranges
2 carrots
2 sticks of celery
2 apples
Chunk of Ginger.
If like us you have a juicer which you used a couple of times and then banished to that cupboard (with the toastie maker, the smoothie maker etc)
Dig it out and try it.
Its great for me because I work from home and often don’t have regular
mealtimes and for my partner as her schedule is similarly random.
The number of each item can be varied according to taste and you can bung in a few strawberries, blueberries - whatever you like. Some amazing colours can be achieved!
Anyway we find it gives us a nice boost of energy and gets those 5 a day essentials taken care of in one big
tasty blast.
