We are having the parking area at the top our garden extended at the moment - and it’s taking some time….
It’s all about
putting in proper foundations you see and the weather has hindered that.
So far the guys have dug out the foundations and removed a tree. Yesterday they filled the foundations with concrete and left it to dry. (See pic above)
That they say, is the hard part done. During the week they will build the retaining walls,
fill them with rubble and gravel and finish with a nice, even layer of nice little stones.
Then we will have a seriously useful parking area for at least 3 cars.
But without the time taken to build those foundations properly it would simply not last.
And its the same when you build an online business - you need to put solid foundations in place and that can take a little time.
Far too many people go into starting a business - online or offline - without setting those foundations.
In a world of instant gratification they expect fast returns and a life of ease with little or no work.
Sadly it just doesn’t work that way.
Yes some people seem to get results faster than others. But that’s true in every walk of life.
The secret to building proper foundations is in not being influenced by what other people are achieving.
By all means be inspired by them and learn from them - but don’t try to be them.
SFM and DEA exist to help you build the right foundations, to provide - through a community platform -
all the inspiration and help you need.
Because although Jo Bloggs might do it quicker, they might not have the foundations in place to weather the storms that might come later.
If you are serious about building a lifestyle online business the perfect place to get your foundation built is with SFM and DEA’s free

After all - I could have probably extended our parking bay myself - but I’d have made a real hash of it!
I'd save a lot of money in the short term - but as I'd have to pay again to get it done properly - it would be a stupid
move!
Better to trust the experts in my experience…..
Cheers
