For a long time I’ve wondered why it that some people succeed and others don’t
Even when the playing field is level
and everyone has the same opportunity
Here’s a great article I found in Quora about this subject
The article takes the example of Jack Ma - the CEO of Alibaba (above)
In 2014 it became the largest US-Listed initial public offering making Jack one of the richest men in the world.
Yet before this his list of failures was long.
This highlights one of the qualities which the article mentions as crucial to success - perseverance.
There are also some amazing insights from comedians, sports people and writers in the article
It’s well
worth a few minutes of your time.
As you know I am a member and parter of SFM and DEA. That has provided with me literally everything I need to become successful financially and in lifestyle terms.
I’ve done quite well.
Others - with exactly the
same resources - have become stratospherically successful, others haven’t.
The thing is that having the best resources in the world at your disposal doesn’t guarantee success.
The best guitar in the world wont make you a great guitarist.
The best football boots in the world won’t make you George Best (Ok so I’m old!)
The best car in the world won't make you Jackie Stewart (as above!)
You need to do the work and have or get a few other qualities mentioned in this article
It’s not rocket science.
Cheers
