It’s up bright and early for us tomorrow morning as we catch an early Ferry to start a little road trip down to Blackpool.

Not a place I’ve ever wanted to visit if I’m honest - it’s a seriously cheesy English seaside resort and the home of the worst kind of light entertainment (IMHO) 

But you know what I have learned that a new experience is always worth checking out. 

So if nothing else, we will enjoy the road trip side of things, I’ll try and shoot some videos and will definitely take a load of photos. 

And we’ll be spending time with some good friends who live near there and who I  I know will make it fun. We will have a blast.

Because we have decided to. 

And that’s another lesson I’ve learned in the last few years …..

You DECIDE how you are going to feel - how you are going to turn up and what you’re going to take away from an experience. 

It’s the same when you decide you are going to change your life too. 

When you find the right vehicle you DECIDE that you are going to learn how to drive it and you don’t give up.

At the very least you’ll learn something!

Our trip to Blackpool is going to cost us in both time and money. Considering its not a a place that’s ever been on our bucket list, we might have made an excuse not to go a few years back when we were invited.

Bit now it’s just an instant - what the hell! lets just go and have a blast : )
