He works at a Glasgow university as a scribe (helping students with disabilities to get through their course work) 

Now instead of communicating with them just by normal email when he’s not at Uni, he can send them video tutorials they can just open right inside the email. 

He can include screen capture videos, notes, links and other info. He loves it. The uses for this are incredible whether you run an online business or not. 

Personally I’m using it to send a welcome video to new SFM applicants and members.
