Ending this week (which has flown by!) with a thought about bringing value to the digital world. 

It was prompted by a couple of comments I received on my Youtube Channel this morning. 

Both were thanking me for tutorial videos I’ve done - One on improving the readability of blogs, the other on adding text effects on videos. 

I usually do these types of videos when I’ve worked out something myself and want to share it.

I don’t tend to put any links in these videos so there’s no financial gain involved for me. 

So when I get a comment and usually a new subscriber from them it feels really good. 

It’s a good example of how the internet is working now - it’s very much a sharing era. Don’t know about you but when I find something free that really helps me with a problem I’m having, I’m uber grateful. 

I like that person and want to see more of their content. I might even buy something they recommend further down the line. 

And that’s how the process of online affiliate or referral marketing works.
