I posted the pic above on Facebook yesterday and an old friend of mine commented “Why are you looking so pleased with yourself?” 

We’ll for a few reasons…..

1. I was sitting on a bench I’ve just made from our old pine bed and which now takes pride of place on our deck.

2. It was a gorgeous day - the first real summer day of the year so far

3. I’d spent the day in the garden with my partner, doing a spot of gardening, playing with the cats and having some wine and snacks - al fresco.

Not bad for a Wednesday - although to be honest I’d completely lost track of what day it was 

Life’s like that when you are worry free 

As I often say - it’s the main attraction of an online business: 

Being able to spend a day like this whenever you fee like it, safe in the knowledge that your business is ticking away nicely without you 

And although I think Scotland (especially the North) is the most beautiful place in the world, we don’t get enough days like yesterday 

So being able to “Carpe Diem” (seize the day) Is a joy.
