Quite a few of the emails I get miss the point about internet marketing entirely

I’m sure you get them too if you’ve been looking into the whole making money online thing for any length of time...

Like you (I imagine) I subscribed to lots of things when I got started 

As a result I get a lot of mails trying to interest me in all sorts of “guaranteed” methods of getting traffic and leads for my business. 

Many of them - like one I got this morning are for tools that claim to do this for you

That’s why they miss the point 

landing pages and websites for example are essential but they WONT bring you traffic or leads on their own.

You need to be able to find the traffic FIRST 

THEN these tools are great. Buying sexy looking website builders or squeeze pages BEFORE you have traffic is a bit like putting the horse before the cart. 

If you really want to be successful in this amazing game you need to concentrate on learning how to find traffic for your products and services before you start fine tuning with add ons. 

Because the traffic - the leads (which are in fact real people) are already there. You just need to work out how to find them using one or several of the many advertising and marketing platforms out there.
