I was thinking about using what you’ve got in connection with my camera yesterday.
Before I actually bought it I spent ages trying to justify the cost to myself. It seemed a lot of money to spend on what - at the time - was basically a hobby.
I laugh now when I remember that even though it is capable of shooting seriously good video (the same one is used as a 3rd camera
on many TV and big movie productions)
It was over a year before I even tried shooting a video with it!
But after I started doing a little freelance photography and it started to pay for itself I realised that I’d made a sound investment.
having just joined SFM (another sound investment) I then decided to do one of their 90 day video challenges.
That helped me get comfortable on camera and forced me to really explore the video function on the camera.
Now
video is the main method I use to promote my online business.
The camera has paid for itself many times over.
That’s just one example of using what you’ve got.
Here's another
...
I used to write very detailed proposals for Audio visual production jobs with my old job.
I’ve been able to re-purpose that skill for writing blogs, content for my websites and other communications. Again these have all made me some
very nice income.
My point is that the online world offers tons of opportunities for you to re-purpose many of the things you already have.
In fact you may not actually be using your skills to their best advantage….
But you might very well be able to in far more productive, profitable and fulfilling ways..
If you only knew how - Thats where a free trial with SFM comes in -
- It could really open your eyes.
Cheers
