I was watching the One Show - (a magazine style show on BBC at 7pm weekdays in the UK) On Friday evening

I had to laugh at one of the pieces: 

It was all about Garden Villages and two of the guests comedian Frank Skinner and broadcasting legend Joan Bakewell were commenting. 

I laughed because one of them showed they were a little out of touch with the modern world (Frank) and the other clearly has her finger right on the pulse! 

Garden villages are a concept where self contained ultra modern community villages are being created in rural areas. 

The idea is that these villages are largely self contained communities.

As the idea was discussed Frank suggested that they are really self contained as most of the villagers would get up every morning and go to work. 

Joan pointed out that as this is 2017, at least 40% of the residents would be working from home via the internet! 

Just a little indication (as if we needed it) that the world is changing fast and that more and more people are realising this and taking advantage of it.

Hence SFM and DEA ….
