Basically its as authentic and honest account of my last 18 months running an online business based on SFM and DEA 

I cover the many insights I’ve had, lessons learned and how I plan (having seen and experienced what is possible) to seriously raise the bar next year.

This will involve me helping as many people as possible to start building their own perfect lives through the training, systems and mindset work that has done it for me.
