Yesterday was a day of reflection for me in a number of ways…

Since my partner takes Wednesdays off from her busy driving instruction business I do too and we always try to have a fabulous midweek day today together.

Yesterday that meant taking a drive up to the seaside town of Oban - my old stomping ground in the days when I lived on the nearby Island of Mull. 

En route we stopped for photos a number of times and the theme just happened to be reflections. 

The road from Innellan to Oban is largely beside water and on what was a beautiful Autumn day meant flat calm, mirror like water, offering some amazing reflections like the one in the pic above. 

On another level I was reflecting on my old life on Mull. Not for too long though as I much prefer living in the now these days - but memories are memories. 

Then I was reflecting on a long conversation I had on Tuesday with an amazing lady who contacted me about SFM and later joined.

Her story is incredible - I’ll ask her permission before I share it but suffice to say it’s unique. 

But in our different ways we are all unique and that uniqueness is incredibly valuable in the digital world - as I was telling her. 

That’s really what SFM and DEA is all about - giving you the tools to celebrate that uniqueness and to share that it with the world. 

When you next get a minute use it for a little reflection …….

What’s your uniqueness? What can you bring to the table? You might be thinking “I’m not that special - I just work everyday and squeeze my passions into the gaps”…..

Imagine you had more time, more money and more freedom to widen those gaps - to reverse the equation until your passions take over and work is squeezed into the gaps.

All you need is the right vehicle …….. Maybe that’s SFM …. Worth a try (worked for me)
