Here we are - first Monday of Autumn and the last of September 2016! 

Time certainly flies doesn’t it? 

That’s one seriously good reason to take action on those dreams and goals you have and another, as I often say, is that we never know how much time we have. 

That was brought home to me recently when a 12 year old local boy was killed in a road accident and again the other day ……

One of my subscribers (details kept private for obvious reasons) did so the other day and the following comment was left on his behalf.

“Comments:

Mr “X” is very ill in hospital doctors have put him in a coma he was in Berlin when he took ill he has 3 Factories in Germany that he looks after”

Poor guy.  I genuinely hope he makes a recovery.

Goes to show that you never know what’s ahead. 

It’s shocking how many of us wait till we get one of these wake up calls before we grasp the importance of living in the now and making that now the best it can be.

That’s what SFM and DEA are all about 

Because NOW we are living in a time where living an ideal life is more attainable than ever before.
