On Friday night I drove out into the wilds of Argyll to the secret lair of the Evil Geniuses……
…
They’re a local band I’m doing some recordings for LOL!
It’s been arranged for a few weeks but this was the first session and I had the car loaded with my 24 track recorder, a case of cables and other bits and bobs.
The session went
really well and it made me realise that in music at least you really can’t beat a group of people interacting with each other.
The truth is though - I could have just taken my Macbook and used Garageband to record them all one at a time. It would have been less work and much less to carry
But you always lose a certain something that way - the magic.
And to be honest I feel the same way about making my living online.
Without the community aspect of SFM and DEA it might be a bit of a lonely game. But as part of a worldwide group of life changers I always have
someone I can reach out to - even if its just for a chat.
In fact I spend much of my Monday’s doing just that and have done for 3 years now.
Of course I can also join daily, weekly and monthly live interactive webinars and attend regular live events where I can hang out with hundreds of fellow members - and of
course the founders and their team.
But all that aside running my online business also gives me the time to follow my passions - like the recording project I mentioned, my photography and side projects.
I really think you’d love it.
