As anyone who asks my advice about what marketing strategies are worth pursuing will tell you, I always say video.
It’s served me very well even though I only got in front of a video camera for the first time a couple of years ago.
One of the things that really helped me overcome my nervousness about it and to get better, more comfortable in front of the camera was doing the SFM’s 90 day video challenge.
That’s a private Facebook group where members can practice, comment and support each other.
From that first “Hello my er…..name is er…… “ moment to being confident. relaxed and impactful on camera - all set to start using videos to make money.
And I can tell you that is one of the most satisfying things I’ve ever done. As a learning experience and a piece of personal development that has and does serve me seriously well.
But then as an SFM and DEA member I get to learn from some of the best video marketers in the world.
Anyway, apart from the actual filming of videos there is also the nuts and bolts of editing and building video.
It’s far easier than you might think.
I’ve recoded a series of tutorials on video editing you will find very helpful if you are thinking about this
powerful strategy:
<<<<<<<<<<You can watch them by clicking here>>>>>>>>>>>>
(or on the image at the top)
They are free to watch and are based on my favourite video editor Screenflow
I hope you find them useful and remember this: Stuart Ross has
made millions from advertising his products through unscripted, simple videos.
Get over yourself and get in front of a camera!
Cheers!
