A good friend got the all clear from cancer and my country voted to leave the ridiculous European Union! 

Now perhaps we can start to enjoy the freedom and prosperity enjoyed by most non EU countries like Switzerland, unencumbered by insane trade restrictions and ridiculous bureaucracy designed to create a gravy train for the talentless but privileged few.

Ok sorry .. rant over !

Really the only reason I’m bringing up the who EU thing (apart from sheer joy) is that its clear evidence that many people are demanding freedom and equality and the right to stand on their own feet.

​​​​​​​More independence

With so many youngsters now wanting to go straight from school or college into business, we need to be sure that we don’t have any part in systems and agreements that only benefit big business. 

The internet and technology have made this the era of the entrepreneur. When we are able to create businesses now that can be run from anywhere, then it’s obvious that we should be able to trade anywhere. 

Nothing good happens without change as they say and I’m seriously looking forward to seeing what happens here over the next few years. 

I think this brings us one step closer to a world where we are all simply world citizens -

Come to think of it -  internet business owners already have that feeling !
