At SFM’s momentum day in London last year I and many others did a little piece to camera after the event (en route to the bar) 

For mine I talked about how the SFM’s vision, coaching and marketing system gives individuals the power to be just that - individuals.

I got an email this morning from one of the few other “gurus” I follow - John Lee Dumas which echoed how important that is in today’s world. 

I decided to share it with you.
