Yesterday I contacted SFM’s support team with an enquiry and as usual was absolutely blown away by the speed and effectiveness of their response.

Myself and an old client of mine have been putting the framework together for a web based project for a while now. 

I wanted to know whether or not I could host the website we’re going to build in the Digital Business Lounge (That’s the marketing suite that comes with an SFM membership) and give my business partner access to only that site - not the other 6 I have hosted there! 

To cut a long story short there were a couple things needed to make that possible and SFM support did them for me - keeping me posted as we went. 

So now we can host our site for free (DBL is included in SFM membership anyway) and can both work on it from anywhere in the world. Happy Days : ) 

2 years ago I’d have had no idea how to do any of this and would have ended up paying stupid money to a consultant to get a site built and hosted. 

Now its almost second nature and having a support team that works fast and effectively in the background is like gold dust. 

SFM are recruiting lots more staff as the company grows. Yesterday 3 separate people helped with my enquiry. Even though they were all in different countries, all of them recorded and passed on their part of the conversation with me to the next - they are superstars! 

It was great to have an opportunity to meet and thank them in person in London when Jay Kubassek brought them all over for Momentum day in January. 

Try doing that with a utilities company for example!! - You’ll get passed from pillar to post and will have to re-explain your problem from scratch a gazillion times. 

You don’t need that when you’re putting a business together - You need SFM ! 

I often compare SFM and DEA to vehicles designed to get you where you want to go in life.

Experiences like yesterday just confirm to me that this is actually a Rolls Royce of a vehicle.
