Do you still think of Wednesday as “Hump day”? - Like you’ve reached the middle of the hump backed bridge in the working week. Now it’s downhill all the way to the weekend.

My commiserations if you do because I remember the feeling all too well. 

Not any more though. We decided since it was a nice day and the day that my partner takes off, that we’d head over the water to the city and pick up some bits an pieces we can’t get locally. 

No big deal - just a visit to Ikea and a big out of town shopping centre near Glasgow. 

 This is my idea of slow painful torture yo be honest but now it’s kind of a treat. Only because we can do it on a weekday though - when most people are at work. 

We got the ferry at 11 am and were back home by 3.30 - quiet roads, no stress. Unusually for me I didn’t check my email till we got back. When I did I saw that my current ad campaign had generated some leads and I’d made a new sale.

That, in  a nutshell, is what is so good about running a digital business. 

You don’t need to be actually working to earn money and you can decide,at the drop of a hat, what you want to do with your day. 

It rocks!
