I thought you might find this very useful.

When I got my link to the SFM 7 day video series and watched the first one I knew it was exactly what I had been looking for. I couldn’t wait for to see the rest of them. But that meant 7 days (one per day) 

I wanted to see them NOW!!

A bit like when you find one of those amazing TV series on Amazon or Netflix - “ Just one more episode before we turn in?” LOL (Breaking Bad ....)

Anyway I know that not everyone has the time to do that and that not everyone checks their email all the time.

I also know that emails get lost or end up in spam folders - so….
