A slightly late Happy New Year to you! 

Yesterday, New years Day, was a digital detox day for me which meant that I didn’t go near the computer.

Instead we went for long walk along the coast. It was pretty cold but some cobwebs were well and truly blown away! 

Today we have some friends coming over from Glasgow so I’m just doing a little work before they arrive. 

I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year and are now raring to hit 2016 with a vengeance as I am.

Things are swinging back to life here in the sleepy Cowal peninsula. There are a few sail boats out today ad the Rothesay ferries are back to their normal timetable.

I’ll chill out today and tomorrow then I’ll get back to business as usual on Monday.

Lots of exciting stuff coming up with SFM and DEA starting with the first founders call of 2016 on Thursday then Momentum day London on the 23rd.

Along with taking my SFM and DEA business to the next level I have some consultancy projects coming up too so It’s going to be a big first quarter for me.
